The purpose of this role is to advise specialist areas within the Unit on designing and implementing operational and systemic models that contribute to achieving strategic objectives through the continuous and holistic optimization of processes and resource utilization. **Main Responsibilities:** Collaborate with specialist areas to develop Unit-level process flows and indicators enabling collective efficiency gains. Diagnose, advise on, and support the implementation of information system improvements for process management and information utilization. Advise on and ensure the development of Unit operational models that enable achievement of strategic goals. Identify, propose, and support improvements to the Unit’s operational and systemic processes, contributing to resource optimization and new challenges. **Mandatory Requirements:** Professional qualification as an Industrial Civil Engineer or equivalent degree. Advanced Excel proficiency. Availability to work standard administrative hours. **Desirable Requirements:** SAP proficiency. Experience leading processes and initiatives. Minimum one year of relevant experience. Competencies in planning, problem solving, influence, communication and active listening, and quality.
