The purpose of this position is to supervise and ensure the proper on-site execution of preventive maintenance guidelines and inspections by the assigned technical staff, ensuring daily compliance with the weekly maintenance program and guaranteeing safety, technical quality, and operational availability standards for forestry assets. Key responsibilities include: * Field Supervision and Team Leadership: Assign, direct, and supervise the daily tasks of the technical team; ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the weekly plan and appropriate operational and safety procedures. * Conduct In-Process Controls (IPC) of ongoing maintenance procedures to ensure work is performed correctly. * Promote continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures at the execution level. * Manage and ensure timely availability of spare parts, tools, and consumables required to implement maintenance guidelines. * Monitor proper use of mobile workshop trucks and adherence to workplace order and cleanliness (5S). * Actively participate in transferring technical knowledge and standards to Junior and Senior technicians. * Ensure the team accurately documents and reports all maintenance activities in the system (e.g., SAP PM). * Consolidate and report daily progress status of the maintenance program to management. * Drive continuous improvement of the maintenance process.
