Prepare and review details of services provided to clients. * Full-time schedule * Internship * Metropolitan Region of Santiago * San Bernardo Sitrans Servicios Integrados de Transporte Ltda, a leading company belonging to the Ultramar Group, is currently seeking a **Billing Department Intern** to work in San Bernardo, Metropolitan Region of Santiago. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Review amounts, margins, and revenue distribution. * Analyze and correct billing collection procedures, delivering to the client documents with requested supporting evidence and discrepancy reviews. * Prepare and review details of services provided to clients. * Timely analyze and address observations from ongoing audits. * Analyze and reconcile revenue variances during provisioning days to achieve expected results. * Execute and monitor reports on pending services to be invoiced. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Desired Profile:** **Education:** * Student pursuing a Technical Professional degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Must have insurance provided by your educational institution. **Knowledge & Skills:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of service sales and billing processes. * Basic accounting. * Electronic invoicing. * No prior experience required. * Minimum education level: Higher Technical Professional. * Currently enrolled. * Technical degree in General Accounting
