Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for maintenance and installation services of hydraulic equipment, responsible for supervising, coordinating, and training technical staff. Focus on workplace safety and quality A service company providing hydraulic equipment maintenance and installation services is seeking an Operations Supervisor to perform the following functions: * Conduct control and supervision visits to various job sites. * Accompany technicians on the first maintenance visit to new clients to introduce work guidelines. * Select personnel and oversee their training and professional development. * Conduct induction sessions covering work procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE), internal regulations, etc. * Hold daily meetings with assigned technical teams to establish priorities for tasks to be performed. * Attend meetings, trainings, and safety briefings required by external and internal clients. * Review and monitor workplace safety conditions. * Inspect progress and quality of work performed by technicians. * Read and verify information in reports submitted by technicians. * Comply with safety rules and procedures. * Verify, control, and monitor delivery and use of safety equipment, as well as compliance with relevant rules and procedures. * Issue instructions and guide assigned technicians on how to carry out assigned tasks. * Prepare reports for each service, site visit, or field assistance provided. * Submit material requests for additional work identified and assessed on-site. * Support clients in meeting their requirements. * Conduct prospecting visits to potential clients. Budget review Requirements: Availability to work outside regular hours.
