About the Role
CBD Bruno Pet Care and Business Services is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Operations Assistant** to support the operational and administrative activities of our team in **Providencia, Santiago**.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily coordination of internal processes, maintaining up-to-date records, tracking requests, and collaborating with various departments to ensure operations run efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
**Operational Support:** Support daily operational activities and track tasks, requests, and internal processes.
**Administrative Management:** Prepare, update, and maintain records, documents, files, and reports related to operations.
**Internal Coordination:** Collaborate with different departments to facilitate information flow and ensure timely delivery.
**Order and Request Tracking:** Support the control and tracking of orders, deliveries, internal requirements, and customer requests as applicable.
**Information Management:** Keep databases, spreadsheets, internal systems, and operational documentation up to date.
**Vendor Support:** Coordinate basic information with vendors and follow up on pending documents, deliveries, or requests.
**Operational Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on activities, pending items, incidents, and progress.
**Incident Resolution:** Identify basic operational issues, escalate situations when necessary, and collaborate in finding practical solutions.
**Internal and Customer Service:** Provide professional and timely support to internal and external customers regarding operational processes.
**Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to simplify procedures, improve recordkeeping, and increase team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
**Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, coordination, customer service, or similar functions.
**Education:** Technical or university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Accounting, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
**Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and standard office digital tools. Experience with ERP, CRM, or management platforms is a plus.
**Organization:** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain orderly documentation, and meet deadlines.
**Communication:** Strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
**Attention to Detail:** Ability to review information, detect errors, and maintain accurate records.
**Service Orientation:** Professional and collaborative attitude, with willingness to support the team’s operational needs.
**Problem Solving:** Ability to identify incidents and propose practical solutions within your scope of responsibility.
Salary: $650,000 – $1,000,000 per month
Work Location: On-site employment
