Supplier Management and Liaison: Coordinate visit schedules and installation calendars with external suppliers, serving as the key point of contact to resolve logistical queries prior to store entry. Store Communication: Draft and send official notifications to inform dates, times, and space requirements, ensuring stores are 100% ready to receive equipment. Quality Control (Checklist): Execute and validate the technical and aesthetic compliance checklist after each installation, immediately raising alerts for any anomalies. Project Management Support: Keep the Project Manager updated on the status of each store’s checklist. Incident Administration: Manage warranties or minor corrections in case of post-installation equipment failures. Mandatory Requirements Level: Junior Professional (recent graduate or with initial work experience).
