At **DaVita Kidney Care**, a multinational company specializing in delivering treatment to patients with kidney failure, we are currently seeking our next **Dialysis Nursing Technicians** for our center located in **Viña del Mar**. If you lack prior training, we offer the opportunity to complete our hemodialysis training course, which includes the following: * **Specialization and training in hemodialysis (mandatory requirement) at no cost:** * The theoretical and practical hemodialysis training lasts two and a half months. A monetary incentive of $800\.000 gross (paid as honorarium) is provided, divided into two payments of $400\.000 each during the training period. * **Hiring Process:** * Upon completion of training, a fixed-term employment contract is directly offered by the company as a Dialysis Nursing Technician (TENS), with market-aligned compensation, bonuses, and potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract. **We offer benefits such as:** * Complementary health insurance. * Life insurance. * Annual vacation bonus. * Administrative leave days. * And others. **Requirements:** * Diploma as a Nursing Technician at secondary or higher education level. * Certification in hemodialysis training (non-exclusive). * Registration with the Superintendence of Health. * Hepatitis B vaccination (3 doses). * Availability to work in Viña del Mar from Monday to Saturday on rotating shifts (including holidays).
