Position Summary: We are seeking a Management Control Analyst to conduct periodic controls and diagnostics, identifying opportunities for improvement and resource optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Drive continuous improvement of KPIs and processes **At VOLTA, we lead the transformation of the waste management industry to build a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Chile.** Currently, we are looking for a **Management Control Analyst** to join our Collection team. You will be responsible for conducting periodic controls and diagnostics on the financial and operational management of the assigned operation, identifying opportunities for improvement and resource optimization. Your work will be critical in delivering strategic information that supports decision-making and organizational performance progress. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Calculate, analyze, and consolidate management indicators (KPIs)**, performing periodic monitoring and control to identify deviations and their causes, proposing corrective action plans. * **Drive continuous improvement**, analyzing and implementing improvements in KPIs, reports, data processing tools, automation, and administrative and operational information systems. * **Technically and economically evaluate production, logistics, commercial, financial strategies and plans, and investment projects**, ensuring their timely execution within allocated time and resources. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field**. * Experience in **management control, financial and operational analysis** (ideally in industrial environments or production plants). * Advanced proficiency in **Excel and data analysis tools**; knowledge of ERP systems is desirable. * Strong analytical ability, results orientation, and skills to propose improvements. **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work model * Professional training and development * Shared lunch cost coverage * Commuter transportation to and from our operational center * A challenging, dynamic environment committed to the country's sustainable development.
