Farmacias del Dr. Simi is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our branches in Concepción and the Biobío Region. The position involves substantial fieldwork and team coordination, playing a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities and supporting the company’s growth in southern Chile. **Position Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities for regional branches, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with corporate standards. **Main Responsibilities** **Maintenance Supervision** * Coordinate and supervise work performed by maintenance assistants and contracted companies. * Identify infrastructure improvement opportunities and needs across branches. * Supervise repair, remodeling, and facility setup works. **Technical Management** * Conduct on-site technical surveys. * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Perform material takeoffs and estimates for projects. **Administrative Management** * Prepare technical reports and management summaries. * Manage procurement of materials and resources required for operations. * Administer allocated funds and submit corresponding expense reports. **Regional Coverage** * Visit branches in Concepción, Talcahuano, San Pedro de la Paz, Coronel, Chiguayante, Hualpén, and other locations within the region. * Coordinate technical visits with suppliers and external companies. * Participate in branch openings and remodelings. **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in Construction, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising maintenance or infrastructure. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Availability for travel within the region. **Desirable** * SEC certification. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Experience in retail, healthcare, commercial chains, or companies with multiple branches. **Benefits** * Join a nationally recognized company. * Job stability and career progression. * Corporate benefits. * Professional development and continuous training.
