We seek Construction Technicians. Main Responsibilities: **Organize and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.** **Coordinate in-house technical teams and external service providers.** **Develop and monitor the daily technician route schedule.** **Monitor efficient use of assigned materials and resources.** **Manage service requests, store access permissions, and entry authorizations.** **Prepare budgets and submit management reports.** **Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to our customers.** **Conduct on-site reviews and supervision of ongoing or pending technical work.** **Meet with client(s) to gather feedback on completed work and propose new projects.** Required Profile: **Technical or Engineering degree in Construction, Maintenance, or related field.** **Proven experience in general services or construction.** **Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.** **Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
