We seek a dynamic and proactive professional responsible for leading the technical operations of our logistics centers, ensuring that each sorter and peripheral equipment operates at maximum efficiency to fulfill our delivery promise. Your primary objective in this role will be to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment nationwide, as well as coordinate technical projects and operational improvements that guarantee service continuity under the company’s highest standards. **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of sorters and peripheral equipment across national HUBs. Coordinate failure repairs, diagnose incidents, and prioritize interventions based on operational impact. Monitor compliance with maintenance programs and manage availability and efficiency indicators. Develop and update procedures, technical standards, and quality and safety protocols. Coordinate technical projects and automation and maintenance process improvements with various teams. Supervise and coordinate the work of external maintenance and engineering companies nationwide. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Degree in Electrical and Industrial Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum 4–5 years of total professional experience, including 3–4 years specifically in similar roles. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in MS Office Excel (intermediate level) and AutoCAD. **Specialization:** Diplomas or specialized courses in maintenance and projects are desirable. **Industry:** Practical experience in logistics or transportation sectors. **Availability:** Willingness to travel to regions as required by operational needs.
