You definitely don’t want to miss out! **JUNIOR SCRUM MASTER** Support the implementation and adoption of agile methodologies within work teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote continuous improvement, and ensure proper coordination among all project participants to contribute to achieving objectives, timelines, and deliverable quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Functions** * Facilitate agile ceremonies: * Daily Scrum * Sprint Planning * Sprint Review * Sprint Retrospective * Track task progress, impediments, and team commitments. * Support the management and updating of agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or others. * Identify and escalate blockers or risks that may impact sprint execution. * Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team. * Coordinate communication among technical, functional departments, and stakeholders. * Support the Product Owner in organizing and prioritizing the backlog. * Monitor agile metrics: Velocity\- Burndown\- Carry Over \- Sprint Completion * Generate basic progress and status reports for follow-up meetings. Foster a collaborative, transparent, and results-oriented environment. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** **Academic Background** * Computer Engineering \- Industrial Engineering \- Business Administration or related field. **Required Knowledge** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of agile methodologies: * Scrum * Kanban * Agile * Proficiency with project management tools: * Jira * Azure DevOps * Trello * Confluence * General understanding of the software development lifecycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * **Additional Information** **Experience** * 0–2 years of experience in roles related to: * Scrum Master * PMO * Project Coordination * Agile Support * Team Management **Desirable** * Scrum Fundamentals, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
