Our operations rely on accurate inventory records, organized processes, and effective coordination among warehouse, procurement, logistics, and commercial operations teams. We are looking for an Inventory Control Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in San Fernando, O'Higgins Region. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising stock movements, supporting warehouse operations, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure products are properly recorded, stored, counted, and prepared for distribution. Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management systems is a plus. **Analytical Ability:** Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and propose practical solutions. **Organization:** Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple inventory-related tasks while maintaining accurate records. **Communication:** Ability to work effectively with warehouse personnel, logistics coordinators, procurement teams, and other internal departments. **Professional Attitude:** Responsible, proactive individual able to manage inventory responsibilities independently while contributing collaboratively within a team.
