Improving Lives.** DHL Supply Chain is seeking an **Innovation Supervisor (Accelerated Digitalization \& Data Analytics)** for the **IT** department, based in **Santiago, Chile**. The role supports the execution of the country’s Accelerated Digitalization \& Data Analytics (AD\&DA) digitalization and automation agenda, aligned with DHL Supply Chain’s global and regional guidelines. The position identifies, evaluates, and leads innovation initiatives in robotics, automation, RPA, Power Platform, data analytics, and artificial intelligence, working closely with Operations, BUIT, Solution Design, Operational Engineering, and Operational Excellence teams. It provides leadership for assigned transformation initiatives by guiding cross-functional teams, supporting business case development, promoting innovation adoption, and ensuring successful, sustainable, and value-realizing delivery. The role also supports governance activities and contributes to executing the innovation vendor strategy, coordinating technology partners and ensuring alignment with DHL standards, security requirements, and business objectives. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Support execution of the AD\&DA digitalization and automation agenda in the country, ensuring alignment with DSC’s global and regional guidelines, business priorities, and governance frameworks. * Guide business units in developing business cases and quantifying benefits of innovative technologies to support investment decisions, prioritization, and strategic alignment. * Act as an innovation and technology champion, supporting the business in generating value through automation, robotics, digitalization, data analytics, and AI. * Lead and orchestrate planning, development, piloting, and evaluation of innovation solutions—primarily PoCs from the innovation portfolio (e.g., Robotics, Analytics, Generative AI, Digital Solutions, etc.)—with support from Regional AD\&DA, global teams, and external vendors. * Collaborate with IT, Solution Design, Operational Engineering, and Operational Excellence to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and enable successful production rollout and deployment of technologies in the country. * Test and optimize automation workflows to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, ensuring compliance with Security, CISO, and Architecture guidelines. * Coordinate innovation vendors and technology partners throughout the lifecycle of assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with DHL Supply Chain’s Procurement, Data Protection, Security, and Architecture standards, leveraging existing regional and global partnerships where possible. * Act as the country’s innovation ambassador, promoting awareness, engagement, and adoption of the AD\&DA agenda through communication of successes, learnings, and innovation opportunities. * Collaborate closely with the Regional AD\&DA team, contributing to knowledge sharing, promoting best practices, and supporting regional initiatives under a One Team mindset. **Requirements** -------------- * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Projects or Continuous Improvement within Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation. * Experience in Service Logistics industry (e.g., 3PL) is highly desirable. * Experience working with regional or cross-functional teams is advantageous, particularly with exposure to inter-country collaboration and technology scaling. * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience leading innovation, digitalization, or advanced analytics projects, including implementation of technologies such as RPA, robotics, automation, machine learning, or artificial intelligence. * Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent solutions to optimize work processes and improve outcomes. * Ability to identify automation opportunities, process improvements, and insights generation using digital technologies and AI. * Intermediate to Advanced English (interview will be conducted in English).
