Develop intelligent automations using AWS and Microsoft Copilot **Description:** ---------------- **Drive digital transformation by developing Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions that deliver real business impact.** At KPaz, we are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to join a major project at a leading financial institution. You will participate in the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI-based solutions, collaborating on initiatives involving intelligent automation, virtual assistants, and AI agents integrated with corporate platforms on AWS. **Work Modality:** * Hybrid (2 days per week onsite in Las Condes, Santiago). * Available exclusively for individuals residing in the Región Metropolitana. **Your Responsibilities** * Design and implement solutions using Generative AI models. * Develop intelligent assistants and AI agents for business processes. * Integrate LLM models with applications and corporate systems via APIs. * Build RAG-based solutions for enterprise information queries. * Develop intelligent automations using AWS and Microsoft Copilot. * Participate in technical design and evolution of AI solutions. * Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams. * Apply best practices in software development, security, and quality. **What We Offer** * Life insurance * Supplementary health insurance * IPC adjustment (biannual) * Referral program (clients and candidates) * Training program in partnership with Platzi * Career development and internal mobility plan * Birthday leave day * Gifts for births or weddings **Requirements:** --------------- **What We Are Looking For** Requirements * + Experience developing solutions with Generative Artificial Intelligence. + Experience using AWS in development projects (ideally Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, or S3\). + Experience developing REST APIs with Python. + Knowledge of LLM model integration (OpenAI, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, or similar). + Experience using Git and agile methodologies. + Certifications or formal training in Generative Artificial Intelligence, AWS, or related disciplines will be highly valued. Desirable * + Experience developing RAG solutions. + Experience building AI agents. + Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio. + Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel. + Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD.
