Job Description The **Financial Controller** will be responsible for supervising and controlling the organization's financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, transparency in management, and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities * **Accounting supervision**: Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements. * **Budgetary control**: Monitor budget execution and forecasting. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure adherence to Chilean tax and legal regulations. * **Audit management**: Coordinate internal and external audits. * **Process optimization**: Implement improvements in financial and administrative procedures. * **Executive reporting**: Present periodic reports to senior management. Requirements * Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Engineering, or a related field. * 7\+ years of experience in financial control and accounting. * Advanced knowledge of Chilean tax regulations. * Proficiency in ERP systems and financial analysis tools. * Leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
