Identify opportunities for improvement in financial controls and processes. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Financial Controller** to oversee financial operations, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and support corporate financial planning and strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial closing processes. * Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports. * Monitor costs, cash flow, and financial performance. * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and audit regulations. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Identify opportunities for improvement in financial controls and processes. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. * Knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, and financial analysis. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. * Ability to lead teams and work under pressure.
