You will work closely with finance and consulting professionals, helping transform financial data into actionable recommendations. Report Preparation: Prepare accurate monthly and periodic financial reports for internal teams and clients. Budget Support: Collaborate on budget preparation, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities. Data Analysis: Review financial and operational data, identify inconsistencies, and provide clear insights to support business decision-making. Performance Monitoring: Track key financial indicators and assist in identifying areas for improving financial performance. Stakeholder Support: Work with consulting teams, clients, and internal departments to deliver financial information and clearly and professionally explain analyses. **What We’re Looking For:** Experience: 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business analysis, management control, or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems, financial databases, or business intelligence tools is a plus. Analytical Ability: High attention to detail and ability to interpret financial information, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively. Communication: Ability to clearly explain financial information to colleagues, clients, and non-finance stakeholders. Mindset: You are organized, detail-oriented, and pragmatic, comfortable working with numbers.
