About the role Coordinate the delivery of multiple design tasks. You may be required to lead activities of technicians or drafters with less experience assigned to a common task. Discuss project-specific specifications and drawing/design reviews. Develop practical and cost-effective solutions to various problems requiring original thinking and ingenuity. Plan, organize, and coordinate the technical aspects of one or more projects. Use and understand discipline-specific computer-aided drafting/design tools (software) and/or possess extensive design experience in a particular discipline. Develop and implement work criteria, standards, procedures, and methods. Conduct site visits as required by the project. Understand, apply, and maintain consistent design standards across projects through comprehension and adherence to Ausenco’s design standards. Deliver required project design drawings and/or technical documents in accordance with quality standards.
