In this opportunity, we are looking for an expert Drupal \& Acquia Developer who combines strong technical development skills with a critical perspective to audit and elevate the quality of an already-operational digital platform. **Key Responsibilities** Audit the site development built on Drupal and Acquia, evaluating code, architecture, and adherence to best practices. Technically review and assess work delivered by an external vendor, identifying improvements, risks, and optimization opportunities. Implement new features and enhancements on the platform, ensuring quality and maintainability. Ensure site performance, security, and scalability within the Acquia ecosystem. Document findings, recommendations, and development standards for internal teams and vendors. Collaborate with internal departments and the vendor to align technical criteria and priorities. **Requirements** Proven experience developing on Drupal 11\. Proficiency in PHP, Twig, and Composer. Experience auditing code and applying software development best practices. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Drupal development experience. Desirable: Experience with the Acquia platform. Desirable: Experience supervising or evaluating external vendor work.
