We are seeking a **Coordinator** to work at our Cruz de Piedra Foundation, located in the commune of **San José de Maipó**, whose mission will be to coordinate, structure, and monitor environmental mitigation and compensation programs required by companies, ensuring regulatory compliance, proper implementation of environmental commitments, and coordination among the Foundation, client companies, and external consultants, thereby contributing to the financial sustainability and environmental purpose of the Cruz de Piedra Foundation. **Key responsibilities:** * Coordinate the design and development of environmental compensation and/or mitigation programs for companies subject to regulatory requirements. * Support the preparation of technical and administrative proposals for clients (companies), including scope definition, schedules, actions, and indicative costs. * Support overall administrative coordination of the programs: monitoring milestones, commitments, and documentation. * Coordinate administrative follow-up of the Sanctuary Management Plan obligations, as they relate to mitigation or compensation programs. * Collaborate in aligning sanctuary activities with commitments assumed toward companies or regulatory bodies. If you have experience in this role and wish to join our team, we look forward to your application. **Desired profile** ------------------ **Some requirements:** * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources Conservation Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Geography, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in environmental projects, regulatory compliance, environmental consulting, or coordination of environmental programs. * Knowledge of Chilean environmental regulations and compliance processes. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Availability for fieldwork.
