Job Description We are seeking a **Senior Accountant** to lead the company's accounting and financial management. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising accounting processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with current Chilean tax regulations. Key Responsibilities * **Accounting supervision**: Coordinate and review accounting records and monthly closings. * **Financial statements**: Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports. * **Tax compliance**: Ensure accurate tax filings and fulfillment of fiscal obligations. * **Audit management**: Coordinate internal and external audits. * **Process optimization**: Implement improvements in accounting and financial procedures. * **Strategic advisory**: Provide financial support to management for decision-making. * **Budgetary control**: Monitor expenses and financial projections. Requirements * University degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience in senior accounting roles. * Advanced knowledge of Chilean tax regulations. * Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software. * Leadership, organizational, and financial analysis skills.
