2. Provide communication support and align initiatives between Brand and Commercial.
3. Coordinate cross-departmental projects and manage information.

**Your mission**

Personal Project: Create and manage an information exchange and communication channel for the Brand department with various company departments via Sharepoint.
Tasks:
* Provide communication support and align various initiatives between the Brand and Commercial departments.
* Develop and maintain separate Sharepoint sites for regional Commercial and Brand departments, containing necessary documentation and information.
* Organize project timelines, meeting materials, and pending actions for various projects.
* Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure all stakeholders remain informed.
* Support the regional team with meeting coordination, calendar management, and communication planning.

Valid student insurance.
Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced Office skills (Sharepoint, Excel, Outlook).
