* Transport and **securely store parcels** at the branch premises.
* Perform **physical counting and verification** of all received parcels.

* Monitor route progress, delivery rates, incidents, and any situation potentially affecting performance.
* Maintain constant communication with motorcycle couriers to support problem resolution during deliveries.
* Actively work toward achieving **strong route performance and high delivery rates**.

* Maintain and submit respective deposit receipts and supporting documentation.
* Immediately report any discrepancies or incidents related to cash collections.
Supervision and Incident Resolution
* Be directly responsible for the branch’s operational integrity.
* Identify, manage, and resolve incidents arising within the region.
* Promptly resolve issues related to routes, motorcycle couriers, parcels, deliveries, returns, or cash collections.
* **Report all incidents, anomalies, or relevant situations**, even if already resolved.
* Maintain constant communication with the Operations and Administration teams.
* Ensure compliance with company-established procedures, instructions, and policies.
Candidate Profile
We seek a **responsible, organized, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable individual**, able to fully oversee logistical operations.
