Requirements \- Completed secondary education (technical training in metal structures preferred) \- Minimum 1 year prior experience in workshops or operational welding/construction work. \- Knowledge of safe use of electric and manual tools. \- Basic knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and industrial hygiene. \- Ability to work in a team and physical stamina for workshop/field tasks.
