The role’s primary focus will be providing commercial support for the southern region, collaborating in the comprehensive management of operational, commercial, and customer service processes. **What challenges will you face?** \-Support commercial management, including quotation assistance, billing, credit notes, and system tracking. \-Prepare monthly reports and support the branch manager. \-Archive technical and commercial documentation for customers. \-Perform administrative tasks such as petty cash reconciliation, supply requisition and control, retail customer documentation, and certification on various platforms. \-Coordinate internal and subcontracting requirements, including tracking material orders, services, and payment processes. \-Provide administrative support to the branch, including coordination of courier deliveries, general services, etc. \-Track contracts, renewals, and monthly repair closures. **What are we looking for?** \-Technical or professional education in administration, accounting, logistics, commerce, or a related field. \-Up to two years of experience in administrative or commercial roles, preferably in services or maintenance. Advanced intermediate Excel proficiency \-Experience in administration, service, or operations within industrial, construction, or similar sectors is desirable. \-Residence in Concepción and availability for 100% on-site work. **Where?
