Job Summary: We are seeking a DyP Workshop Administrator to serve customers and review insurance company portals, interpret technical estimates, and manage documentation. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and telephone customer service, first point of contact 2. Interpretation of DyP technical estimates for insurance companies 3. ERP (SAP and SIGEDYP) management for data tracking and organization At Sergio Escobar, we are currently looking for a **DyP Workshop Administrator** to work at **Movicenter, Huechuraba**. The purpose of this position is to serve customers in person or via telephone calls and review insurance company portals to attract potential customers. **Responsibilities:** * Interpret and process DyP technical estimates for insurance companies, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of body parts and components (e.g., hood, bumper, headlights, etc.). * Access insurance company portals and upload required technical documentation for necessary processing. * Travel across external service workshops within the Metropolitan Region to coordinate processes, monitor workflows, and verify work progress. * Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and ERP (SAP and SIGEDYP) for organizing data, accounting documents, and tracking work orders. * Provide customer service (in person and via telephone), acting as the first point of contact and guidance at the workshop. * Schedule appointments and services for customers on the corresponding platform. * Perform operational and administrative support tasks for service advisors. * Review, control, and track documentation required for claim management. * Occasionally substitute service advisors for basic vehicle receptions or deliveries. **Requirements:** * Higher Technical or Professional Education in Automotive Mechanics (Mandatory). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Knowledge of SAP and SIGEDYP ERP systems. * Minimum 1 year of experience working in automotive workshops in administrative-technical roles. * Class B driver's license (Mandatory).
