Training in administration and finance is valued We are seeking a candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant in Linares. Main responsibilities will include supporting the coordination of the Home Help Service and the rest of the team. This will involve both administrative task management and telephone support for users and service staff. This is a temporary contract covering a medical leave. Working hours will be 20 hours per week, with an intensive morning schedule from Monday to Friday. Salary will be applied according to the collective agreement. * Training in administration and finance. * Additional training or prior experience in telephone support and use of home-help management software (e.g., Gesad) will be positively considered.
