Key responsibilities: Direct and control the company's accounting process. Supervise bank reconciliations, fixed asset controls, and account analysis. Prepare and analyze Financial Statements and their explanatory notes. Consolidate and analyze accounting information from related companies. Propose improvements to accounting systems and ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information. Requirements: Certified Public Accountant degree. Residency in Iquique or Alto Hospicio. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions with team leadership responsibility. Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations, tax returns (DJ), and income tax (Renta). Experience in financial accounting and IFRS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Softland. Leadership, analytical, organizational, and pressure-management skills. This position is based at the Head Office located in the commune of Alto Hospicio; therefore, residency in the city is required. Work schedule is 5x2, Monday to Friday.
