




Job Summary: A prominent company is seeking an Accounting Assistant to handle data entry, account reconciliation, financial filing, support for accounting closings, report preparation, and tax management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key support in data entry and bank account reconciliation. 2. Collaboration in monthly and annual accounting closings and report preparation. 3. Tax and document management, including preparation for Form 29. A prominent company located in El Salto, Viña del Mar, requires an **"Accounting Assistant"**, to work on-site with a 42-hour weekly schedule. Initially, this is a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract based on performance. Main duties include: • Enter data into accounting software (income vouchers, expense vouchers, purchase and sales invoices, receipts). • Reconcile bank accounts and manage control of accounts payable and accounts receivable. • File, organize, and maintain physical and digital financial records. Control of accounting documents. • Support management in monthly and annual accounting closings. • Provide accounting and administrative support to the accounting department. • Assist in preparing reports requested by management, financial statements, income statements, reconciliations, and funds to be accounted for. • Manage tax and document-related tasks, organize purchase and sales ledgers, prepare information for Form 29 submitted to the Internal Revenue Service (SII), and perform tax settlements. Provide support and assistance in tasks related to the Accounting and/or Administrative departments. Requirements: \- Technical studies in Accounting or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Knowledge of ERP systems.
