Expected responsibilities include: · Supporting the development of academic and training activities for users. · Designing, planning, and conducting workshops, talks, and group activities aligned with the needs and interests identified among participants. · Developing an activity plan for the last quarter of the year, focusing on personal, social, and holistic development skills. · Maintaining a dynamic, participatory methodology appropriate to users’ profiles. · Assisting the on-duty professional with tasks related to intervention and participant support. We seek a proactive, responsible individual capable of teamwork, with strong group facilitation skills and experience in social and/or community settings. Additionally, knowledge and experience working with vulnerable populations is required, considering the specific characteristics and challenges involved in interventions with such groups.
