At Home Mobili, a leading Chilean RTA furniture company, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within our operational structure, ensuring everything flows efficiently. What will you do in this role? You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing warehouse tasks. You will lead your team so that receiving, storage, and dispatch processes are carried out with order, safety, and efficiency, working closely with the operations department. Your main responsibilities: \-Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities. \-Supervise product receipt, storage, and dispatch. \-Control inventories and report incidents according to established procedures. \-Lead, motivate, and train your team, ensuring compliance with safety and presentation standards. \-Maintain order, hygiene, and care of facilities and equipment. \-Optimize operational processes and supervise the use of forklifts and delivery vehicles. Job requirements: \-Education: Completed secondary education or Professional Technician. \-Work experience: 5 years in logistics, warehousing, or related areas. \-Experience in the role: 2 years leading teams. \-Knowledge: ERP or WMS, intermediate-level Office, personnel management, and basic warehouse operations. Valued skills: \-Experience working with bulky or fragile products. \-Class B driver's license.
