We boldly go. **Where is the work:** On\-Site (5 days) **Office Coordinator – HR****What’s in it for you?**As an **Office Coordinator – HR**, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department and the office overall. This position will be responsible for operator administration, invoice and payment management, coordination of internal communications and culture activities, as well as general office administration tasks.**Where is the work:** This position is eligible for an on-site work schedule at our Santiago (Las Condes) office. **What you’ll do:*** Manage documentation and information for operators and operational staff. * Coordinate administrative tasks related to the HR function. * Manage invoices, internal approvals, and payment tracking. * Maintain vendor records, due dates, and supporting documentation. * Plan and coordinate internal communications. * Support culture, engagement, and internal event initiatives. * Coordinate office logistical and administrative requirements. * Provide general support to daily operations and the Human Resources team. **What you’ll bring:*** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in administrative roles such as Office Coordinator, HR Support, or similar positions. * Intermediate English language proficiency. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. * Familiarity with Canvas or other design platforms is desirable.
