Apply exclusively at getonbrd.com. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze accounting processes and propose improvements through Odoo. * Configure and customize accounting, financial, and administrative modules to fit business processes. * Coordinate data migration and ensure data integrity throughout the transition. * Train the accounting team on system usage and promote best practices in internal controls. * Ensure proper integration with other tools or platforms used by the company. * Conduct functional testing, validate results, and provide post-implementation support. * Participate in defining roadmaps and managing change for Odoo adoption across the organization. ### **Description** We are seeking an Odoo Implementer with a background in accounting, administration, industrial engineering, or computer systems and at least 3 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with Odoo. Candidates must have solid knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax processes (LATAM), as well as technical skills in SQL, Python, XML, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical ability, effective communication, and a results-oriented mindset, with experience leading change projects in dynamic environments. Odoo certifications or advanced courses in project management (PMI/Scrum/Agile) are desirable, along with experience in accounting or financial service firms.
