If you are passionate about tourism, interacting with visitors, and would like to be part of a nationally recognized company, this opportunity could be a great step in your professional development. **What you would do in this role:** * Welcome and assist travelers during the Hop On Hop Off tour. * Provide clear information about stops, attractions, schedules, and service operation. * Enhance the visit with cultural, natural, and heritage-related insights specific to Puerto Montt and surrounding areas. * Operate tools such as tablets, headsets, validators, and informational materials. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and adherence to onboard operational protocols. * Perform operational checklists and manage material inventory. * Coordinate contingency actions with the Traffic and Operations team. * Represent the quality and warmth of regional tourism services. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in Tourism or related fields.
