Givaudan creates lasting flavour and taste experiences that touch emotions across segments including beverages, sweet goods, savoury and snacks, and food service. **Commercial Manager Chile – Your future role?** Reporting to the Sales Manager \- South Cone, you will define commercial strategies by leading the activities involved in commercial management, ensuring the sales growth established for the Chilean affiliate. You will be based in our corporate office located in Santiago de Chile, working four days onsite and one from home a week. **Main Responsibilities** * Establish and coordinate commercial actions to achieve the sales targets established for the affiliate. * Develop commercial strategies with clients to build win\-win relationships. * Establish the annual expense budget, achieving the highest efficiency in the use of resources, and monitor compliance to implement corrective actions during review periods. * Be responsible for legal representation before the corresponding authorities, ensuring that the affiliate complies with all legal requirements established by the government. * Ensure consistency of the information included in sales budgets to achieve an attainable sales budget. * Manage human resources by supporting, guiding, and communicating global decisions to maintain a motivated team that delivers the expected results. * Monitor the food industry to obtain information that helps identify new business opportunities. * Stay up to date with economic conditions and trends both in Chile and internationally, to maintain a broad and strategic perspective. **Your professional profile includes:** * University degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering. * At least 5 years of experience in food, chemical or related industries, with knowledge of B2B environment. * Diploma in Business Administration or MBA. * Fluent English * Demonstrated capacity to lead a sales teams **Our benefits:** * Annual bonus. * Medical and Dental plan for you and your dependents. * Life Insurance. * Lunch ticket. \#LI\-Hybrid At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
