A close and collaborative team Fundación Hogar de Cristo, through its commercial area and National Human Resources Directorate, is seeking a Human Resources Analyst who wishes to go beyond operations, contributing to process improvement and providing an analytical perspective to the People area. Job Objective You will be responsible for analyzing, proposing, and leading Human Resources processes, ensuring they operate efficiently, orderly, and in compliance with current regulations, directly contributing to improved people management within the organization.
