Position Summary: We are seeking an HSE Supervisor to ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, with a focus on risk control for wind turbines and lifting operations. Incident investigation and report preparation We are currently seeking an **HSE SUPERVISOR**, who will be responsible for on-site supervision and assurance of full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and applicable legislation. Their responsibilities will focus on risk control during wind turbine activities, lifting operations involving large components, and crane assembly/disassembly. **Requirements:** Professional Degree: Senior Technician or Engineer in Occupational Risk Prevention, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience as an HSE Supervisor. Proven experience in wind farms or high-risk industries. Experience supervising Major Corrective Works, lifting operations using high-capacity cranes, and handling oversized components. Knowledge of hazardous energy control protocols (LOTO), working at heights, and confined space operations. Experience interpreting lifting operation plans and ensuring safe crane operation. Valid Class B Driver's License. **Responsibilities:** * **Field Operational Supervision:** Inspect and control Major Corrective Works (GGCC) on wind turbines, ensuring safe conditions during lifting operations, crane assembly, and disassembly. * **High-Risk Work Control:** Validate and verify compliance with procedures, risk assessments, and Work Permits (PTW) for tasks involving working at heights, hazardous energy control (LOTO), and complex lifting operations. * **Contractor Management:** Supervise the HSE performance of contractors and subcontractors involved in corrective works. * **Prevention and Incidents:** Actively participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, preventive inspections, audits, and incident investigations to implement corrective actions. * **Reporting:** Prepare and submit periodic reports on activities, deviations, KPIs, and inspections—including photographic evidence—to the on-site HSE Manager.
