Runner / Dining Room Assistant \- Dipsy's Backyard (Vitacura) **Company:** Dipsy's Backyard SpA **Location:** Nueva Costanera 3122, Vitacura, Región Metropolitana **Schedule:** Full-Time (4x3\) Join the Dipsy's Backyard team! We are a well-known burger restaurant located in the Nueva Costanera area, famous for our incredible smash burgers and welcoming atmosphere. We’re seeking a **Runner** with outstanding energy, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for the fast-paced rhythm of a high-volume restaurant. **What will you do daily?** * Deliver orders promptly, carefully, and with excellent presentation from the kitchen or bar to tables. * Consistently assist waitstaff in the dining room throughout service. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper stock levels in your assigned work area. * Coordinate and communicate smoothly with the kitchen and dining room team to ensure optimal delivery times. * Assist with table setup and breakdown according to customer flow. **Who are we looking for?** * **Attitude and Energy:** Service orientation, proactivity, and excellent teamwork disposition. * **Endurance:** Ability to sustain pace and focus in high-demand environments. * **Responsibility:** Punctuality and commitment to scheduled shifts. * *Note: Prior experience in the foodservice industry is a great plus, but not mandatory if you have the drive to learn!* **What do we offer?** * **Net Salary:** $600\.000 per month. * **Meal Allowance:** Approx. $60\.000 additional per month. * **Tips:** Active participation in the dining room team’s tip pool. * **4x3 Schedule:** 4 working days and 3 days off per week. * **Shifts:** 12:00\-00:00 * Job stability through a legally compliant employment contract.
