Process Engineer

Description

Assess and develop continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes within the Management, in order to contribute to operational efficiency. What will you have to do? Map process flows across different projects. Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and service, proposing plans and initiatives. Evaluate each project from an operational and financial standpoint. Develop resource planning models, KPIs, incentive systems, statistics, and reports. Apply analysis and monitoring of Operation projects through Gantt charts and management indicators. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the role Intermediate Excel skills Knowledge of project methodologies.
