Dashboard Maintenance: Manage data loading and ensure operational maintenance of current dashboards to guarantee accurate visualization of departmental metrics. Regulatory File Validation: Perform analytical control of mandatory regulatory files from the department, mitigating discrepancies or anomalies prior to processing. Management Report Development: Prepare control spreadsheets, statistical diagnostics, and periodic reports to respond promptly to organizational requirements. Process Documentation: Collaborate in creating user manuals, instructional guides, and technical documentation for implemented data flows and automation projects. What Are We Looking For? Education: Final-year student eligible to undertake professional internship. Industrial Civil Engineering – Information Systems Engineering / Management Control Engineering – Commercial Engineering – Related fields with analytical, statistical, or IT focus. No prior experience required, but you must have: Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills (advanced formulas and pivot tables). Academic interest or foundational knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio). Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and enthusiasm for numerical analysis.
