Your Mission Ensure operational continuity and proper performance of the network infrastructure by delivering specialized support for LAN, WAN, and WiFi environments, with a focus on stability, security, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do in This Role? Operate, monitor, and manage corporate networking infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve medium- to high-complexity network incidents. Execute changes and configurations on LAN, WAN, WiFi, and firewall devices, applying industry best practices. Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate actions with connectivity and security vendors. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation. Participate in operational continuity and support schemes as required by service needs. What We’re Looking For in You A professional degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in corporate network operations and support. Solid knowledge of Switching and Routing (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP) (mandatory). Experience with MPLS, dedicated links, Site-to-Site VPN, and Client VPN (desirable). Knowledge of wireless network design and operation (802.11) (desirable). Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar (desirable). (Desirable) * Wireless network design and operation (802.11). (Desirable) * Monitoring systems (Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, or others). (Desirable) * CCNA / CCNP (Cisco) or equivalent. Certifications are desirable. * Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents. * Orderliness, documentation discipline, and operational rigor. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement.
