Job Summary: We are seeking a Direct Care Educator to accompany and supervise adolescents, support daily routines, and promote autonomy and healthy coexistence. Key Points: 1. Teamwork and recording of relevant information We require a **Direct Care Educator** to work at an adolescent residence in **Puerto Montt**. **Work Schedule:** 4x4 rotating shift, fixed modality **Working Hours:** 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM **Gross Salary:** $350\.000 **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract **Benefit:** Night transportation to employee's residence upon completion of shift. Main Responsibilities * Accompaniment and supervision of adolescents. * Support in daily routines and activities. * Promotion of healthy habits, autonomy, and positive coexistence. * Supervision and safeguarding of adolescents during working hours. * Recording and reporting of relevant information to the team. * Participation and collaboration with the work team.
