We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a **store assistant**. The position aims to support the store’s daily operations, including assisting with reception and product organization, customer service, merchandise restocking, return inspections, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the customer service area. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and inspect incoming warehouse merchandise. * Inspect and recondition returns. * Restock and organize products in the store. * Ensure products are properly displayed and organized. * Assist with customer service. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the sales area. **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service, sales, restocking, or merchandise receiving is desirable (but not mandatory). * Basic computer skills (Excel, e-commerce platforms). * Ability to inspect products in detail. * Willingness to perform organizational and cleaning tasks. * Flexibility to perform various functions according to the store’s daily needs. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment. **Skills We Seek** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Friendliness and customer orientation. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures. * Strong communication skills. * Teamwork capability. * Willingness to perform operational and customer-facing tasks. **Position Conditions** * **Workplace:** Downtown Santiago. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:00, Friday: 09:00–16:30, Saturday: 10:00–15:30. * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term, with potential conversion to indefinite. * **Start Date:** Ideally August 03\-2026 **Ideal Profile** We seek a versatile individual who understands this role involves varied tasks throughout the day.
