Participate in training to improve performance levels. **Job Description** --------------------------- The Cleaning Assistant sanitizes and maintains the assigned area(s) to meet customer satisfaction requirements. Essential job functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location according to client requirements and business needs. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned, maintaining disinfection and hygiene standards in assigned locations. * Ensure that all equipment and cleaning products used and stored are appropriate for performing cleaning tasks. Comply with work routines assigned by the supervisor, team leader, shift supervisor, * or person in charge. * Conduct periodic equipment inspections and report any deficiencies. * Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed. * Use the facility’s washing machine for internal laundry when necessary. * Follow health and safety regulations and fire safety policies. * Report hazards to immediate supervisor. * Follow company policy for addressing customer feedback or complaints, escalating requirements to the immediate supervisor. * Ensure clothing—including footwear and headwear—and personal hygiene are maintained to the highest standard at all times. Participate in company-provided training to improve performance levels. Suggest areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective actions.
