We are seeking a Senior Technical Technician in Electricity, Instrumentation and Control, electromechanical or equivalent, to serve as Technical Services Supervisor, with at least 2 years of experience supervising tasks in mechanical/electrical maintenance and instrumentation areas of industrial plants. **Main Responsibilities:** ü Plan, supervise, and carry out daily field activities according to schedule. ü Plan the necessary resources, equipment, and tools for field activities, ensuring their proper condition and operation. ü Ensure the implementation and adherence to safety and operational protocols during field activities. ü Be responsible for your field work team, verifying working conditions; HSEC, PPE usage, order, cleanliness, and continuous maintenance of equipment and tools during the execution of all area services. ü Support your team with maintenance activities. ü Obtain necessary work permits at client plants to ensure services proceed without delays or complications. \- Review and/or prepare procedures and formal communication records of planned/completed field services (work instructions, service logs, service reports, among others). **Requirements:** 1\. Senior Technical Degree in Electricity, Instrumentation and Control or equivalent. 2\. Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising tasks in mechanical/electrical maintenance and instrumentation areas of industrial plants. 3\. Class B driver's license. 4\. Availability to travel. 5\.
