As part of our team, you will have a 360° view of the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment and Selection: You will lead the end\-to\-end process—from strategic job profile definition and job posting to competency-based interviews, report writing, and presenting candidate shortlists to managers. HR Business Partner: You will manage and serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of internal clients, supporting leaders in their people management challenges. Climate and Culture: You will drive our workplace climate initiatives. You will lead the administration of the GPTW survey, conduct in-depth data analysis, communicate results, and—most importantly—develop and monitor action plans. Leadership: You will conduct diagnostics to identify gaps and opportunities, designing and managing our corporate Leadership Program. Performance Management: You will administer the full performance cycle via the Workday platform, including team training and generating strategic reporting to support decision-making. Talent Management: You will apply the Nine Box methodology, actively participate in calibration meetings, and manage implementation of resulting action plans. Training: You will conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA), develop the annual Training Plan, and ensure its proper execution and effectiveness. Diversity & Inclusion (D\&I): You will design our inclusion plan, file its declaration with the Labor Directorate (DT), and manage the external provider supporting its implementation.
