Drives continuous improvement of HR processes. ### **On-Site Human Resources Analyst – Southern Region (Osorno, Valdivia, and Temuco)** **Holding Degasa (KFC, Wendy’s, and China Wok)** is seeking an **On-Site Human Resources Analyst** for the southern region of the country (Osorno, Valdivia, and Temuco). **Position Objective** To support comprehensive Human Resources management at assigned locations, acting as a liaison between the HR Management team and operations, while ensuring regulatory compliance, employee well-being, and continuous process improvement. ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Visit locations and identify staff needs. * Promote HR initiatives and benefits. * Guide employees on labor-related matters. * Support climate surveys and analysis of results. * Verify legal compliance (contracts, shifts, attendance). * Monitor key indicators (absenteeism, discipline, shifts). * Manage contracts, addendums, and administrative processes. * Coordinate medical leaves, vacations, and permissions. * Support separation and settlement processes. * Address salary-related inquiries. * Promote well-being and recognition activities. ***This position falls under Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion, promoting the participation of persons with disabilities***
