At Sodexo Chile, we are looking for a new team member to join us as a Kitchen Assistant in Puerto Natales. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring proper receipt, storage, and distribution of food, maintaining high food safety standards through temperature control and traceability. Additionally, you will deliver quality service in the dining area, ensuring appropriate food preparation and presentation, as well as efficient and courteous service to diners. Responsibilities * Receipt of food, temperature monitoring, and distribution of food to various points. * Receipt of food at point of entry, temperature monitoring, and food storage. * Preparation of service lines and dining area service. * Re-thermalization of hot preparations. * Assembly of salads and desserts on service lines and temperature monitoring. * Assembly of hot foods and temperature monitoring. * Diner service. * Dishwashing and cleaning of tableware. * Cleaning and sanitization of surfaces. * Completion of temperature logs and food traceability records. Mandatory Requirements * Residence in Puerto Natales. * Experience in collective catering roles. * Availability to work full-time, 44 hours per week.
