(60 Minutes break) * Payment through service fee agreement - signing of service provision contract * Invoices issued internally by our company * Biweekly payment according to payment schedule **Fees - Variable Payments** * Fixed fee per effectively worked workday $22,500 Net. * Quality survey fee $1,000 Net per effectively validated survey. * Objective achievement fee, variable depending on the number of surveys to be conducted in each area.
